Looking to rent in Jerusalem — not buy? Asking rents differ widely between neighborhoods and building types. This guide compiles monthly asking rents in ₪ by Israeli room count for the city’s main neighborhoods, from listing aggregators (Realta, Scoutr) and Yad2 or Madlan data published by Globes and Bizportal, compiled 26 September 2026 — never invented figures.
How to read the table: “≈” values are midpoints of a published range or a published average, rounded to the nearest ₪100; where two sources exist they are averaged. Every cell names its source; (1 source) means not yet cross-checked. Room counts use Israeli rooms (3 rooms ≈ 2 bedrooms + living room). A dash (—) means: data not yet available from a verifiable source.
